As most of us do, I spent my childhood playing whichever sport was in season. I played multiple sports through high school. I then attended the University of Delaware where I earned a BA in Kinesiology and Applied Physiology with a Minor in Strength and Conditioning. After graduation I went on to pursue a career in education at Saint Peter’s College, where I eventually obtained an MA in Educational Leadership.

I am currently a teacher of Health and Physical Education, as well as an assistant high school football coach. Over my 10 year career in education, I have coached a number of youth sports teams, and do so to this day.

I believe that my personal participation in sports as a child has heavily contributed to the best parts of myself as an adult. Teaching, coaching, and training are how I’ve chosen to give back to the athletic community. Being a Coach with Prime Athletic Development allows me to do exactly that.
